How long does shipping take?
In-stock items ship within 1–3 business days from Post Falls, Idaho. Made-to-order and custom pieces ship in 2–4 weeks. US shipping only for now.
Can I return an item?
Ready-to-ship items can be returned unused within 7 days of delivery. The buyer pays return shipping. Custom and personalized items are final sale.
Do you take custom orders?
Yes. Send a note with what you have in mind and I'll let you know what's possible. Custom orders ship in 2–4 weeks.
How do I care for my leather?
Chrome-tan needs very little: a water-based leather cream about once a year. Veg-tan should be conditioned at least twice a year. Clean sparingly with saddle soap.
